5 frozen Farm Rich Mozzarella Sticks

10 cucumber slices

10 roma tomato slices

10 basil leaves


1/4 cup balsamic glaze


  • Cook mozzarella sticks according to package directions using your preferred method
  • Prep cucumber and tomatoes.
  • Cut cooked mozzarella sticks in half
  • Assemble each bite in this order: cucumber, tomato slice, fresh basil leaf, and mozzarella stick. Use a toothpick to secure it.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
